Meet Dr. Basile

Dr. Basile is committed to being a leader in aesthetic medicine by providing his patients the newest advances combined with the highest quality medical care.

Dr. Basile is an American trained surgeon who in 1987 graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. Dr. Basile completed his general surgery residency at the University of Connecticut and became Board Certified in 1996.

DR. BASILE’S EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

• Teaching anatomy and physiology at the University of San Francisco school of nursing.
• Dr. Basile was an assistant clinical professor at the University of California at Davis School of Medicine.
• Dr. Basile has given talks on advances in minimally invasive surgery in Maui, Hawaii and Monterey, California.
• This interest in minimally invasive techniques led Dr. Basile to purchase the first ESC laser/intense pulse light device on the west coast for the treatment of leg veins and pigmented lesions of the skin. This same technology was discovered to perform laser hair removal and IPL skin rejuvenation which Dr. Basile incorporated into his practice.
• In 2002 Dr. Basile added Botox® and Dermal fillers to his practice and opened a MedSpa and practiced aesthetic medicine full time.
